Cuts of Beef at Grill ‘Em Steakhouse
Rib Eye Steak
Meat from the rib section is more marbled than other cuts of beef. This marbling makes rib eye steaks especially flavorfull.
New York Strip
Cut from the strip loin part of the sirloin, the New York Strip consists of a muscle that does little work, and so it is particularly tender.
Cut from the lower portion of the ribs, continuing off the tenderloin from which filet mignon is cut. Firm and flavorfull.
Considered the most tender cut of beef. Because the muscle is non-weight bearing, it receives little exercise, which makes it tender.
